Resit assessment results for undergraduate students – when to expect them

For undergraduate students who took resits over the summer, your results will be available from 2pm on Thursday 14 September.

Postgraduate students will receive their results in November (on a date to be confirmed)

Your module marks and degree classification (if applicable) will be available via the My Results tile on the MyDMU dashboard.

Your faculty Student Advice Centre is available for any queries you may have.

If you have any problems retrieving your results using the tile, please contact the ITMS Service Desk on 0116 250 6050 or email itmsservicedesk@dmu.ac.uk.

In a small number of cases, results release may be slightly delayed. If you cannot see your results on Thursday 14 September, and you have not been contacted about this, please contact your faculty Student Advice Centre.

Your Higher Education Achievement Report

If you are due to get your final degree results on Thursday 14 September, your final Higher Education Achievement Report (HEAR) will be available to view and share from Tuesday 19 September.

The HEAR is our official academic transcript of your results along with your degree certificate. It’s an excellent way to showcase your employability as it captures the individual modules you have completed, prizes or awards you received and relevant activities you've done while at DMU. It also includes a simple summary of any official club or society positions held. Watch our video for more.

Eligible students will get an email saying that a new document is available from DMU in the Digitary online portal. Click on the link in the email and follow the instructions to see your report.

Timetables

You can see your timetable via the ‘My Timetable’ tile on the MyDMU dashboard.

Timetables for returning undergraduate students will be available from Friday 15 September.

Marking and assessment boycott

Some marks may still be unavailable due to the recent marking and assessment boycott. Where this is the case, you will receive a decision on your results as normal, but some of your assessment component or module marks may not show on your HEAR record.

We are sorry if you have been affected this way. We will continue to try to have the outstanding work marked but this may not be possible in some cases.

Please check our FAQs for more information.
