ITMS Maintenance Information: Limited Service Desk Support via Remote Sessions


ITMS are completing essential maintenance work on our remote support tool between 8am – 5pm on Thursday 24 June 2021. The BeyondTrust Remote Support (formerly known as Bomgar) tool is used primarily by the Service Desk team to provide staff support by logging remotely into DMU machines.

During this period, Service Desk will still be able complete remote sessions using other methods, however will not be able to complete any installations or software upgrades that may require administrator credentials.

The ITMS Service Desk will otherwise continue to operate as normal on the day, and can be contacted via the usual methods – self-service, phone or email. All other functions of ITMS remain unaffected.

ITMS apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience on this matter.
