Planned downtime for internet services in Heritage House from 6pm on Tuesday 15 October

network-connectivity-main1

We’re upgrading the internet and Wi-Fi network in Heritage House on Tuesday 15 October from 6pm.

This is part of our ongoing work to give you:

  • A faster, more reliable internet connection across campus
  • Enhanced cyber security
  • Better support for digital learning and collaboration at DMU.

All computers and internet access in this building will be offline during the work

Need to use a computer or the internet during this time? Simply go to one of the study spaces in another building where there are computers and Wi-Fi available.

If you’re using 4G or 5G mobile internet on your devices, they won’t be affected by this work.

Services should be back to normal by the time the building reopens on the morning of Wednesday 16 October.

Any questions about the upgrade? Email network.refresh@dmu.ac.uk

Thanks for your patience while we make these improvements.
