We’re pleased to announce the expansion of our IT chatbot service. Students can access the chatbot on our website or the MyDMU app and web portal.
This helpful virtual assistant understands and quickly responds to the most common IT-related issues you might face.
But that’s not all. In an improvement following a previous trial period, the chatbot can now automatically pass your query on to a human IT agent if it can’t provide a suitable answer (in peak times and subject to availability).
Of course, the existing +44(0)116 250 6050 helpline, MyITsupport portal, ITMS Service Desk email and in-person Library helpdesk remain for more urgent IT matters.
