Police UK Disability Sport CIC (PUKDS) is hosting a Wheelchair Rugby 5s Exhibition Match against Leicester Tigers on Sunday 11 February.
PUKDS is a not-for-profit foundation serving retired police officers who have been injured or are living with a disability or illness.
The match will kick off at 3.30pm at DMU’s QEII Leisure Centre, with the PUKDS team taking on the Leicester Tigers Wheelchair Rugby Team.
This event, which will be the first Police Disability Sport event in the UK, aims to raise awareness of the PUKDS platform that provides a space for serving and retired police officers to compete in adaptive/disability sport.
