Creating an account

DMU students and staff do not need to register for an account.

All DMU students and staff have a record created on our system automatically, and have a unique PIN number to log in with. If you do not know your PIN, enter the email address you registered with at the university and click on "forgot PIN". You will then receive an email containing instructions on how to reset your PIN number (four numerical digits).

Members of the general public are required to register for an account in order to use our facilities.

Please note:

  • You must complete a gym induction before your first use of the fitness suite
  • Members can book activities six days in advance online or at reception
  • Non-members can book activities up to one day in advance at reception
