Graduate Attributes
DMU Graduate Attributes, created in 2024, each represents a specific skill that is sought after in graduates by employers. The Attributes were developed through many workshop sessions with students, staff, and employers which resulted in eighteen Attributes across six themes.
Each of these Attributes can be embedded into modules throughout a student's time at DMU. By specifically targeting individual attributes, academics at DMU can support their students to stand out amongst other students when they graduate.
The Graduate Attributes toolkit provides an overview of the project and what it means to academic staff and students.
