Mentor induction PowerPoint

Whether you are new to mentoring or consider yourself an expert, we want to help ensure that you understand the core fundamentals of the project and know what to do in the event of an issue with a future mentee. On this basis we provide you with an induction to help you understand what we mean by employability, the qualities of a good mentor and working safely. Mentor training film

If you are not local to Leicester and / or will struggle to attend one of our onsite training sessions, we have created a training film to help you explore how to develop great mentoring skills in normal everyday situations. Using footage of a training session combined with a commentary from the project manager, we aim to present the core elements of the training to help develop your practice.
