Student healthcare

The Student Health Centre De Montfort Surgery is an NHS general practitioners’ surgery which provides medical care for students and some local residents.

To register with the surgery you just need to pop into the surgery to fill in some forms. Alternatively please follow the link below to be taken to the registration form.

You can order prescriptions or book appointments online - please ask at reception for details and a username and password.

View the surgery's student registration form. This needs to then be printed, filled in and handed into De Montfort Surgery reception.

It is important that you register at the Health Centre as soon as you have enrolled on your course. DO NOT wait until you are ill before trying to register!
