A very warm welcome to everyone joining De Montfort University this September – we can’t wait to meet you and for you to start this exciting new chapter with us.
This webpage will outline how you can access your timetable and when you should expect to see it.
New undergraduate students will receive their timetables on Tuesday 10 September 2024 from 9am via the ‘My Timetable’ tile on the MyDMU dashboard.
Please note: Students must have completed their registration at least three working days BEFORE the day they get their timetable. For example, if you are to receive your timetable on Tuesday 10 September, registration should be completed by the end of Wednesday 4 September.
If you are joining DMU entering into the second or third year, you will be joining existing students and will receive your timetable on Tuesday 17 September.
Where do I find my timetable?
‘Your Timetable will be available on the ‘My Timetable’ tile on the MyDMU app. You will get access to the MyDMU app once you have completed the registration process.
You will need to download the MyDMU from your App Store
How do I register?
You will have been invited to complete online pre-registration by email. The email will have been sent to the email address your provided as part of your application. Please ensure you follow the instructions in the email carefully. Once you have completed this online pre-registration process you are able to move on the next stage.
Please note: International students are required to have attend their face-to-face registration appointment before they receive a final registration and therefor access to the MyDMU app and their timetable.

Once you have registered, you will receive an email with your login information for MyDMU. This is your personalised student portal and is available on desktop and through the MyDMU mobile app.
Please note
Formal teaching begins on Monday 30 September 2024, so if your timetable appears blank at first, please ensure you are looking at the right week.
