The Green Impact team at DMU are recruiting project assistants to help drive sustainability initiatives and influence positive change across the university.
Green Impact is a United Nations award-winning programme designed to support environmentally and socially sustainable practice in your organisation.
As a Green Impact Project Assistant, you’ll be part of an incredible sustainability project that will provide a multitude of opportunities for personal and professional growth. You will receive training to ensure you're fully prepared with the skills and knowledge needed to make a meaningful difference in the world of sustainability and bring your ideas to the table.
You’ll also have the opportunity to develop professional connections with staff at the university, with this collaboration opening doors to a world of professional benefits, including:
- Expanding your expertise in sustainable practices within the workplace
- Gaining hands-on experience in a professional department and having a direct impact on their sustainability efforts
- Building invaluable connections and relationships with a diverse group of staff members and fellow students
- Having the opportunity to contribute to Green Impact's national communications through writing blogs, articles, taking photos, and creating case studies
