Dyslexia Lifeline
Dyslexia Lifeline offers specialist help for people with specific learning differences, working with individuals and organisations to provide assessments, training and teaching in the East Midlands.
The company's aim is to share knowledge of the difficulties people have with reading, writing and learning, and to identify solutions so that they are able to fully participate in society.
Dyslexia Lifeline runs a free appointment-based surgery four mornings a week, providing assessments for people aged 8 to 80 (and beyond), and offering training for parents, teachers and organisations.
"The Innovation Centre is important to our business because its central position enables people to visit from all parts of the city. Our close proximity to the university has enabled us to engage with local expertise and to work with academic colleagues to develop our services."
