Office space

We support start-ups and growing businesses in Leicester by providing flexible workspace and office space for lease in our Innovation Centre.

Rent your own dedicated and serviced work space, and benefit from being part of our entrepreneurial community.

Unlike other local workspaces, you can terminate your lease with only one month’s notice at any time.

The Innovation Centre workspaces vary in size, with rooms suitable for a minimum of one person and a maximum of 10.  

Workspaces can become available at any time, so if the spaces we currently have available aren’t for you, we’d recommend still getting in touch, and we’ll help if we can.

Unit spaces

 At the moment we are unable to take on any new tenants.

N.B. Units are unfurnished unless otherwise stated.

The monthly charge includes repair and maintenance, cleaning, security, insurance and of the building, but as part of our community, you’ll also have  free use of our meeting rooms and access to facilities across the whole DMU campus, including discount at the gym! Work space cost and availability

Our spaces are charged at £18 per square foot, with our smallest unit being 96 square feet (£144 per month), and our largest 685 square feet (£1027.49 per month).   To assist start ups Business Rates charges are covered by De Montfort University.
