Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practice (PGCAP)
The PGCAP is designed for new lecturers at De Montfort University. This programme encourages a scholarly, reflective and critical approach to learning, teaching, assessment and research.
Peer Observation
DMU supports a peer observation scheme for all staff involved in teaching and supporting learning. This programme is currently being redeveloped.
The Department of Academic Quality (DAQ)
DAQ provides professional support to the university, to assure the quality of academic provision and to promote good practice leading to enhancement
