Starting in January/February

DMU has a limited amount of rooms available for students requiring accommodation from January.

Room allocation and contract lengths

Rooms are booked via the online booking system on a first-come, first-served basis. If you require your log in instructions, please contact the Accommodation Office by emailing accommodation@dmu.ac.uk or calling +44 (0)116 257 7577.

Availability for January/February 2025 will be at Newarke Point and Castle Court:

Newarke Point

Classic ensuite - £143.85 per week

Castle Court

Classic ensuite - £141.75 per week
Premium ensuite - £152.25 per week

You will be able to request the start date you require (this will be confirmed by the hall during the booking process). Standard contract end dates will apply. For both Newarke Point and Castle Court, this will be Friday 18 July 2025.

To book accommodation for this shorter contract you must meet the eligibility criteria. If you are unsure if you meet the criteria contact the Accommodation Office for clarification.

Confirming your booking

You will also be required to enter a contract which will involve:

· Making the £200 booking payment

· Signing a contract. You may also need to provide Guarantor details.

· Making an initial rent instalment or paying the full rental amount.
