Vivek Ganotra

Vivek Ganotra was appointed an independent governor in October 2023. He is also a member of the People & Culture Committee.

Vivek has over 28 years of experience working in a variety of commercial, general management, strategy and technology roles in senior teams and leadership positions at several large enterprises. He had led and guided several business transformations and more recently specialised in driving digital led transformations in retail and consumer goods. He has extensive experience working internationally and has led global teams across Asia, Europe, Africa and the Middle East, and Latin America. Vivek has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA with a specialism in strategy and marketing.

Vivek has experience in the education sector through his role as governor at Wycombe Abbey Girls school, one of the UK’s leading international boarding schools.
