Academic Services provide administrative support to students as well as coordinating examinations and academic awards including graduation ceremonies.

Academic Services 

The role of Academic Services includes admissions, enrolment, student loans and grants, exams scheduling and management, certificates, graduations and student timetables as well as overall management of the student and curriculum record. It works closely with faculties in these activities.

Student Administrative Support Division

Student Administrative Support Division| are responsible for admissions, enrolment/registration, re-enrolment, administration of student loans and grants, liaison with external bodies concerning student status, and student record archive/requests.

It also has responsibility for examination administration and management and for work surrounding academic awards, including the conferment of student academic awards, graduation ceremonies and the provision of replacement certificates.

Graduate School Office 

The Graduate School Office| is responsible for providing administrative support to postgraduate research students and staff and offers a comprehensive researcher development programme that encourages students to achieve their maximum research potential.

Timetabling

The timetabling team is responsible for the production and management of the university's academic timetable and for room bookings.
