Overview

This course will provide you with the practical skills to write programs that utilise combined object and functional patterns of computation.

In this course, you will:

• Learn how to introduce functional patterns into your program designs;

• Develop a variety of small programs incorporating functional programming techniques;

• Apply industry-strength tools in the development of an application.

This CPD course is designed for software and application developers who are familiar with traditional object-based programming techniques (e.g. OO, procedural) and who wish to extend their programming skills by combining features from the functional programming paradigm.
