Being part of the Disney family is a dream come true for Business Law student Pippa Walker.
The Walt Disney Company was the 20-year-old's first choice for her placement year, so she was thrilled to secure a role in the contract management centre in London.
Eight months in and the experience is proving everything she hoped for.
The De Montfort University Leicester (DMU) student said: "I have always been a big Disney fan, so I was constantly checking for a placement there.
"I was so happy and excited to land the role. Disney has always been a big part of my life and I was proud to be part of this big family.
"I have a variety of tasks, including excel work, audit checks and drafting official legal documents.
"I love being given the opportunity to draft contracts, as this shows I am a key part of the team and not just an intern."
Pippa landed her 12-month contract after attending an assessment day and another highlight has been organising this year's event for new recruits.
She has also taken part in VoluntEARS - donating her time to help charity and community projects - which has been "amazing".

Law student can't wait to start legal career thanks to placement opportunities
Pippa, who grew up in Desford, just outside Leicester, will return to campus this autumn, three years after enrolling at DMU.
"I decided to study here after DMU visited my local high school when I was choosing my options," she said. "The university seemed to have a lot to offer such as societies and #DMUglobal.
"At that time I did not want to move too far away from home, so it was ideal for me. I also loved DMU's successful employment rate."
It wasn't until she came to an Open Day that Pippa considered studying Law.
"All of the first-year topics interested me," she said. "Plus my favourite film at the time was Legally Blonde, which influenced my decision."
So far, Pippa has most enjoyed her Contract Law and Business Entities modules. "I am definitely inspired by the corporate side of law," she said.
Pippa is due to graduate in summer 2019 and hopes the skills she has developed will help with her career.
"In the future I hope to use the new-found contacts and confidence I have gained to further my career," she said.
"I hope to do something in the legal or business world and now I have many contacts who will always be there to give me good advice."
