“You can’t stop the waves, but you can learn to surf.” ― Jon Kabat-Zinn. Learning to focus on the here and now can help to improve concentration and regular mindful practice can boost our feelings of wellbeing, helping to manage the distractions in our day-to-day life.
You are invited to take time out of your busy day to join Diana Beldeanu for a short online lunchtime meditation session to recharge and unwind. The session is open to all DMU staff and will walk you through a body scan for some deep midday relaxation.
This event is free to attend and open to all DMU staff.
