Marie is passionate about the learners experience and applies a learner centric approach in her roles. Marie has extensive apprenticeship management along with BSc and MSc degrees in Business and HR Management, CIPD Advance Diploma, HEA Fellowship, being a Chartered Fellow of both the CMI and CIPD. She has over 10 years’ experience consulting, coaching, mentoring, and training vast array of people including graduates, postgraduates, entrepreneurs, managers, executives, directors, CEO’s, and England Rugby players all resulting in increased efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Marie draws on her strong interpersonal skills, initiative, strategic focus, and expertise that aids the enhancement and building high quality programmes such as apprenticeships and executive education provision with a strong track record of creating, leading, and delivering successful open and closed apprenticeships at level 5 and 7 such as the MBA, the Senior Leaders programme, Senior People Professional and HR Consultant Partner and executive education advancing collaborative partnerships with the NHS, HCRG Care Group, the education sector, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Defence, HM Treasury, Citrix, Jaguar Landrover, Coventry City Council, Mitie, and Network Rail. Marie utilises a multitude of innovative methods and techniques in her programme design and delivery and is a huge advocator of effective teamwork and collaborative partnerships. She has created and developed bespoke programmes for the Civil Service, and West Midlands Police, some of which resulted from contributing to successful funding bids.
