How to book your accommodation
We use an online room-booking system for those with unconditional firm and conditional firm offers – if this is you, we will email you with login instructions, including a link to the login page.
As part of the login process, you will need to create your own password. Selecting the 'Generate new password' button on the login page will send you an email containing a temporary password. You can then use this to login, after which you will be prompted to change the password to one of your own choosing.
Once online, you will be able to choose your hall of residence and room. We recommend you look at all the options and consider alternatives in case your first choice is full - all rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please read our terms and conditions as you will not be able to make your provisional booking unless you accept them.
To make your provisional booking you will need:
- Your UCAS personal ID or your DMU reference number
- Your password
- A credit/debit card to pay £200 to secure your room.
If the system shows there are no available rooms, contact the Accommodation Office for advice. Rooms could become available later, but we cannot guarantee this.
