Booking your accommodation
Our online room booking system for applicants is available to Unconditional Firm and Conditional Firm offer holders.
We will send out log-on instructions to all applicants who fulfill our eligibility criteria, Unconditional Firm offer holders received their email from the 4 March 2013 and those holding a Conditional Firm offer received their instructions from the 13 May 2013.
If your log-on instructions do not arrive, you can access the online booking system by visiting https://chooseyourhallroom.dmu.ac.uk| provided you fulfill the eligibility criteria|.
All rooms are booked on a first come, first served basis so we recommend that you make your booking as early as possible.
You will be able to select the hall of residence of your choice, so we recommend you look at the options before making your booking and have a number of alternative preferences in case your first choice is full.
Please also make sure you have read the terms and conditions| before making your provisional booking. You will not be able to make your booking unless you accept these terms.
To make your provisional booking you will need to have:
-
Your ID number: your UCAS personal ID or your DMU reference number
-
The password we will email to you when booking opens (usually your date of birth DDMMYYYY)
-
A credit/debit card to pay your £250 booking payment to secure your room booking (and all the necessary card holder details)
If the system shows that all rooms are full, you can contact the Accommodation Office for advice. Rooms may become available at a later date, but we cannot guarantee this.
