In the centre of campus, Newarke Point is privately managed by Unite Students.
Each flat has five bedrooms, all with en suite facilities. Premium rooms (with more space and a larger bed) and studio rooms (including a private kitchen and bathroom) are also available.
Flats have a shared kitchen with a breakfast bar and stools, as well as a carpeted area with a sofa and curtains. Classic and premium studios also have lounge chairs and a coffee table, and their own kitchen facilities with a cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. Each flat also has a vacuum cleaner, dustpan and brush, mop and bucket, iron and an ironing board and a bin.

A 70MB broadband connection is included in rent costs, while TV connection points are available in bedrooms and kitchens (a co-axial cable is required).
The hall features CCTV, a secure door entry system and 24-hour roaming security, bicycle storage and coinless laundry facilities (£3.50 per wash, £1.70 per dry).
Newarke Point also features a common room, including a study space, a pool table and vending machine.
Limited car parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. A 43-week parking space costs £645.

International students can start a week earlier (additional costs apply).

Additional rent considerations
The first instalment is due prior to arrival. You will not be able to use your student loan to make this payment, as you won’t receive it until after you have enrolled on your course.
You can make payments by direct debit, debit card or credit card (there is a two per cent surcharge on credit card transactions). Bank transfers can be used if you have no other ways of paying. Instalments should be made directly to Unite Group.
