Flats have either two, three, four or five bedrooms, with each featuring a four-foot double bed and en suite facilities.

The hall features CCTV, a secure electronic entry system and 24-hour security presence, covered bicycle storage and card-operated laundry facilities (£2.80 per wash, £1.30 per dry).
There is also an onsite gym, exclusive to residents, included in the cost of rent. A communal common room with Sky TV and a variety of games, including pool, table tennis and air hockey, is also available to students.
