The Accommodation Office

Our Accommodation Office is part of the Estates and Commercial Services department, based in the Estates Development Building (Entrance on Richmond Street).

At DMU we will do all we can to make choosing your accommodation an easy and enjoyable experience. We understand that each student will have their own requirements and ideas of the type of accommodation they would like. To make choosing your hall simpler the accommodation team is happy to discuss individual preferences with prospective students, to provide guidance regarding the range of accommodation provisions that we offer.

Our friendly and knowledgeable team is here to help all students to find suitable accommodation and to offer any advice on things like choosing and applying for accommodation in halls of residence, paying your accommodation bills, support that is available whilst living in halls, finding accommodation for your second year and much more. If we are unable to help you with an accommodation related query we will do our best to refer you to somewhere that can.

We are dedicated to providing our students with good quality accommodation and take on board any feedback that we receive. Where possible we will always try to take steps to improve our services in line with student’s comments.
