Dance Techniques 3 
Continue to build on your studio practice through classes exploring existing knowledge of current approaches to technique and movement development.

Dance Technique and Performance 
Continue to develop your skills in a range of dance techniques and solo performance, cultivating an independent approach to your practice, individual authorship of technical execution and artistic interpretation.

Choreography 
Develop and realise a personal choreographic brief that might involve making your own solo performance or working with others, such as your peers; school children or youth groups.

Dance Company 
Experience being part of a performing company by working with others to make new work for public performance

Teaching and Leading Dance 2
Gain practical experience in teaching and leading dance activities and develop a range of teaching and learning styles for children, young people and adults in educational and community settings.

Screen Dance: Concept to Production 
Develop screen dance in response to live competition briefs, including for video exhibition; film festivals or a brief from a specific client.

Dance Research Project 1 and 2
Undertake individual research in order to explore an aspect of dance in depth and develop your independent learning, research skills and communication skills.

Placement 1 and 2
Gain valuable, real life experience with a professional organisation or artist of your choice with support from a mentor.

Education and the Performing Arts 
Explore the place of the arts in both formal and informal education, and learn about arts education policy, pedagogy, curriculum design, and assessment in early years, informal, community and therapy settings.
