Digital Building Heritage, Leicester School of Architecture, De Montfort University (DMU), Leicester, UK.
The Digital Building Heritage Group is a multi-disciplinary research cluster of staff and research students at De Montfort University with a shared interest in the use of digital techniques to observe, analyse, understand and interpret historic buildings and the people and artefacts associated with them.
We work effectively together with a range of public, private and community heritage organisations to assist them in achieving their aims and we carry out high quality, internationally recognised research.
Our projects are clearly formulated as 'real world' research which is seen as one of the core strengths of De Montfort University. These projects cross traditional boundaries, with the aim of enhancing the quality of DMU’s teaching and research programmes and serving the needs of society in a transformational way.
