We’d like to invite you to join one of our workshops to contribute your ideas for the future of #DMUworks, our pioneering employability strategy.
We want to involve staff and students from across the university to hear your ideas and insights about how we can combine our enhanced #DMUworks offer with our existing portfolio of successful career development activities for students.
#DMUworks aims to further promote our successful work on employability through the introduction of new professional masterclasses and short-term professional experiences which will be available to every student.
At each workshop we will display the full programme of career development opportunities open to students during the academic year 2017-18 as the starting point for discussion.
The input of students is important to ensure we create the right model for everyone and that our powerful new offer is both coherent and engaging to current and future students.
We want to fine-tune the overall programme to deliver positive graduate outcomes across all academic programmes.
Three workshops will be held in Hugh Aston 1.51 on the following dates:
- Friday 1 June 10am-12pm
- Tuesday 5 June 1.30-3.30pm
- Monday 25 June 1-3pm
If you’d like to join us at any of these sessions, you can book your place by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with the date of the workshop you wish to attend. Light refreshments will be provided.
We look forward to seeing you on the day.
