Structure and content
The programme is assessed through individual critical reflective summaries;
Summary - a summary of work undertaken in relation to a specified unit of competence
Reflective - encourages participants to reflect upon learning in relation to their work experience, to consider the limitations of their experience and to plan future actions as a consequence of learning
Critical - encourages participants to critically evaluate personal performance, observed managerial practice and management theory.
